Inspired by a moment in my own home, this playful artwork captures the beautiful chaos of motherhood. One day, while I was busy cooking in the kitchen, my daughter decided my back was the perfect place to climb and play. Meanwhile, I was just trying to get dinner sorted!

It made me laugh, and it still does. There's something so wonderfully childlike about the way kids want to turn absolutely anything into a game, even when we're busy tackling the everyday chores of life.

Featuring a busy mum crocodile in her apron and her little one happily riding on her back, this piece celebrates the contrast between a mother's never-ending to-do list and a child's endless imagination.

Created with a sense of humour and a whole lot of love, this artwork is a little reminder to embrace the mess, find the funny moments and remember that these chaotic little interruptions often become the memories we treasure most.
